The interactive cpufreq governor is incompatible with the latest stable Linux branch (v6.1.138) and is no longer maintained. Remove it instead of updating for Linux 6.1 compatibility. Signed-off-by: Khusika Dhamar Gusti <[email protected]>

The changes in the latest stable linux branch (v6.1.138) broke the code base of this cpufreq governor and it is too outdated for linux 6.1, remove this instead of fixing it.
